Cheshire

Render soft wash: detached family home

Silicone render on an exposed gable had greened over on the shaded north elevation, with black streaking running from the roofline.

Before: uneven green algae growth across the full elevation, dark run-off staining beneath the verge and a dull, patchy colour that made the whole property read as tired.

After: low-pressure soft washing with surface-safe chemistry lifted the organic growth without driving water behind the render. Colour returned to a uniform, streak-free finish with no pressure marking.

A full-property clean documented in stages so the client could see exactly what each step of the process achieved.

Before: ingrained soiling and biological growth across the elevation, with the contrast between cleaned and uncleaned sections visible mid-job.

After: an even finish across the whole surface, with the mid-job photograph proving the difference is the clean rather than the camera.

Commercial shopfront restoration

A high-footfall retail frontage where grime and staining were undermining an otherwise well-maintained unit.

Before: traffic film, weathering and edge staining across the frontage, with dulled surfaces and a tired entrance approach.

After: a clean, uniform frontage delivered around trading hours, with run-off controlled and the pavement left safe and clear.

North West

Hospitality exterior, restaurant frontage

Hospitality clients are judged on kerb appeal before a customer reaches the door. This frontage needed to look inspection-ready.

Before: greasy soiling around the entrance, weathered paving underfoot and staining across the lower elevation.

After: hot-water cleaning at up to 120°C cut through the greasy film that cold water simply moves around, leaving hard surfaces evenly restored.

Paving restoration: hot water and rotary cleaning

Hard paving that had lost its colour beneath years of algae, moss and ingrained dirt in the joints.

Before: dark biological growth across the surface, weeds in the joints and a slippery finish underfoot in wet weather.

After: rotary cleaning with van-mounted hot water at 3,500–4,000 PSI restored the original colour, followed by re-sanding to stabilise the joints.

Natural stone patio restoration

Indian sandstone that needed restoring without the pressure marking and pitting caused by aggressive cleaning.

Before: heavy algae bloom, dark weathering and joint growth flattening the natural tonal variation of the stone.

After: controlled pressure and appropriate chemistry brought the stone's natural colour back with no lance scarring, and joints were made good.
