Refresh & Revive Cleaning Solutions was founded to bring a genuinely professional standard to exterior cleaning across the North West. Too much of this trade is carried out with cold-water domestic machines, guessed pricing and no record of what was actually achieved. We built the business to do the opposite.
We work for homeowners in Cheshire's most desirable postcodes: Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Prestbury, Knutsford, Hale, Bowdon, Lymm, Mobberley and Tarporley, as well as hotels, care homes, retail parks, offices, apartment blocks and managing agents right across Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire and into North Wales.
Our specialism is surface-appropriate restoration. Block paving, Indian sandstone, porcelain, tarmac, flag paving, K-Rend and silicone render, historic brick, roofs, gutters, fascias, soffits, conservatories, decking and pool surrounds each behave differently. Knowing which of those needs 120°C hot water and a rotary head, and which needs low-pressure soft washing and patient chemistry, is the difference between a restored surface and an expensive repair.
Depth of experience shows up in the boring details: protecting planting and drainage before we start, controlling run-off, re-sanding block paving properly, flushing gutters after roof work, and only recommending sealing where it genuinely adds life to the surface. That is what our customers actually pay for.

Every quote is broken down surface by surface and agreed before we start. No day-rate creep, no on-the-day upsells, no rounding up when the job takes longer than expected.
The correct method per surface
Hard paving is cleaned with van-mounted hot water at 3,500–4,000 PSI and up to 120°C. Render, historic brick and delicate stone are soft washed at low pressure with surface-safe chemistry.
Eco-conscious chemistry
We choose surface-safe, eco-friendly products and control run-off, protecting planting, drainage and adjacent finishes on every visit.
