Protect your image. Protect your assets. Protect your reputation.
The exterior of your premises creates the first impression for customers, tenants, visitors and employees. A well-maintained property reflects professionalism, enhances safety and demonstrates pride in your business.
Refresh Revive provides professional exterior cleaning and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes for commercial properties across Lancashire, Cheshire and the wider North West. Every visit is delivered through our White Glove Standard®, ensuring consistent workmanship, minimal disruption and clear documentation from start to finish.
Our commercial services are designed for:
Every project begins with a site assessment to identify the safest and most effective cleaning methods for each surface.
Rather than waiting for buildings to deteriorate, many commercial clients choose scheduled maintenance programmes.
Regular maintenance helps preserve your property's appearance while reducing long-term restoration costs.
Our equipment advantage
Most contractors arrive with cold water. We arrive with heat.
Cold pressure washing removes loose dirt. It does very little to grease, oil, fat, chewing gum and ingrained traffic film — the contamination that actually makes commercial hard standing look tired and unsafe. Our hot water pressure washing systems lift the temperature of the water at the surface, dissolving oily residues so they can be flushed away instead of smeared across the slab.
The result is a deeper, more hygienic clean, faster cleaning times on heavily soiled areas, reduced reliance on harsh chemicals and a noticeably better finish on concrete, tarmac, block paving and commercial hardscape.
Heat is a tool, not a default. We use hot water where it is the right method, and low-pressure soft washing where surfaces need protecting — always the right method for every surface.
Businesses partner with us because we provide more than exterior cleaning. We provide:
From single-unit retail premises to multi-site portfolios, we deliver surface-specific commercial cleaning for facilities managers, landlords, managing agents and business owners across the North West.

Cold pressure washing relies on water pressure alone. Hot water pressure washing adds heat, which breaks down grease, oil, fat, chewing gum and traffic film rather than simply pushing it around. For forecourts, car parks, sheds, bin stores and food-service areas, heat is usually the difference between a surface that looks rinsed and one that is genuinely clean.
No. We match the method to the surface. Heat is powerful, so it is used where it is appropriate and safe — typically hard standing, concrete, tarmac and commercial hardscape. Delicate surfaces such as render, roofs and soft substrates are cleaned using low-pressure soft washing instead.
Pricing is based on site size, surface types, access requirements, frequency of visits, working hours, traffic management and reporting requirements. Long-term maintenance programmes are individually tailored to each property.
